Update: My husband, Erle Hammond (Pip) Wales passed away Saturday morning, January 3, 2015. He was a good man, with many talents that Alzheimer's erased. Fortunately, he recognized me the day before he died, for which I am grateful. He is greatly missed. July 2014: Unfortunately, Pip was diagnosed with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's three years ago and is now end-stage. He is presently receiving excellent hospice care at a Prescott nursing home. We recently celebrated our 7th Anniversary. I was hoping we would have more time together. My husband and I moved to Arizona in July, 2009--New England winters are just a little too much to go through anymore. Life After 2 1/2 years of widowhood, I married a wonderful man in June, 2007., embarking on a five-week honeymoon that culminated with 9 days at AirVenture 2007 in Oshkosh. Pip is a pilot and flight instructor and I'm starting to learn to fly. My four children from my first marriage have presented me with 10 beautiful grandchildren ranging in age from 7 to 23.
